Late lyme starting als?

I have been last two weeks dealing with new symptoms of muscle soreness in legs and arms that turned into achy muscles to arthritis type achiness. muscles feel fatigue after walking up stairs etc. now have all over muscle twitching. im on mepron and azith. and similarities with anyone here?

Usually, I thought they misdiagnosed Lyme as MS, but I also had a lot of
ALS symptoms. On the Biofilm Youtube Channel, it explains what is
happening here with this Great Imitator. GICH!
